How many people can the venue accommodate?

Inside only events can accommodate up to 49 guests. The garden and deck are open year round allowing accommodations for up to 75 total guests.

Do I need to make an appointment to preview the event space?

Yes, please call or text (865) 206 - 0874 to set up an appointment to visit. You will be able to meet with our event manager, who can answer all of your questions, show you the amenities,  and personalize the perfect package for your event.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

Yes. Keep in mind the venue is already beautifully decorated, but you are welcome to add decorations and color to customize your event.  Due to the historic nature of our venue, we do have a few restrictions. All decorations require advance approval, so please speak with the event manager to discuss your ideas in greater detail.

We allow one event on the property at a time, so you will enjoy exclusive use of the property during your event. The length of time you have access to Old Towne Inn will vary based on the number of hours designated on your package.

What is required to book an event?

What is your cancellation policy?

Booking your event is easy — just a signed agreement and deposit will reserve your date.

Yes, we offer complimentary holds on your preferred date while you make arrangements to tour the venue. A signed agreement and deposit will secure that date. 

Each event has a payment schedule, and all payments are final. Any cancellations will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Postponements are not considered cancellations.
