WHATS INCLUDED You receive full use of the venue & grounds for your Special Day ~ including the Bridal Parlor & Groom's Quarters. Our maximum capacity is up to 75 guests when utilizing the indoor space & outdoor veranda. We provide a vintage décor inside & charming seasonal planters and garden area outside. You may bring in your own food or use a catering service. We provide a large buffet table, beverage station and dessert area to present your refreshments. Your rental rate includes clean up services. ~Our outdoor veranda has 2 covered gazebos, six bistro tables, as well as bench seating around the edge.
