~6 Hours on a Monday through Thursday before 5 pm.
~Exclusive use of the Downstairs venue and grounds.
~Buffet table, dessert table & drink station for your refreshments.
~Bringing in your own food items, or a caterer.
~Kitchen available with oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
~45 chairs, with 11 tables inside *not all set in one room.
~Clean up services.

Bridal & Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Graduations, and Family Reunions. Celebrate your special moments with family and friends at Old Towne Inn. Included with your rental:
~4 Hours (includes setup and celebration time).

~Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, two kitchens, and refreshment display areas with dessert stands and beverage tubs.
~Hand-painted tables and chairs for up to 75 guests, seasonal décor, and table centerpieces included.
~Cleanup service included.
~Optional upgrades available.

Pricing:
Monday–Friday (after 5pm): $375
Saturday–Sunday: $450

Our intimate elopement package lets you celebrate your moment at The Old Towne Inn, surrounded by the venue’s historic charm and beauty. It’s the perfect way to create meaningful memories and beautiful photos without the stress of a large event. Included with your rental: 
~3 hour package ~ Monday - Thursday

~The couple + 10 guests.

~Dessert/cake table complete with stands & serving utensils.

~Photo-Op couple's table with place settings & decor.
