Are you needing the perfect setting for your next special event? ~The Old Towne Inn may be exactly what you are looking for !! Our Vintage Venue is a beautiful location for ANY gathering. Bridal and Baby showers, holiday socials, anniversary, tea and birthday parties, celebrations of life, meetings and Intimate Weddings~ No matter the occasion the Old Towne Inn is the Perfect Gathering Space. The Social Events begin with 4 hour Time Frames, and vary between Rates of $425-$575 depending on the day in need. * Please Note our Weddings and Business Meetings have special Rates & Hours so please investigate further on our site! You receive exclusive of the venue & grounds during your event. Up to 75 guest capacity when utilizing both the indoor and outdoor spaces. There is room to gather AND social distance if that be the need. We provide a vintage décor inside with hand painted tables and chairs. Every table has a beautiful chandelier above it as well as a seasonal centerpiece. You may bring in your own food or use a catering service. We provide a large buffet table, beverage station and dessert area to present your refreshments. Our outdoor veranda has 2 gazebos, six bistro tables, as well as bench seating around the edge. The garden area is maintained with seasonal planters & floral vignettes. * Your pricing includes clean-up services. ** PRICING ** Monday-Thursday $425 • 4 Hours after 5pm • 6 Hours before 5pm "Business Builder Rate" $475 Friday $475 - 4 hours Saturday -Sunday $575 • 4 Hours • Saturday Choice of Time Slot 10:00am-2:00pm OR any 4 hours after 3:00pm •Sunday, any 4 hour time block. *** We offer many optional Upgrades to accomodate and personalize your special event *** Contact the Old Towne Inn, and speak with our Event Manager to discuss the details of your Special Event.
